Enrollment & Retention Strategic Planning
TEST_ERSP Florence City

Florence City Schools, in partnership with Northwest–Shoals Community College, has been involved with Tools for Schools (TFS) since 2012. Through this process our Career Tech teachers have become intentional about sharing their programs and passion with the community. Prior to meeting Mark and working with his team, our teachers were conditioned to expect students in their program that had no interest in being there. Due to the dedication of our team implementing the proven TFS tools in our strategic plan, our teachers now expect students enrolled to display interest and a desire to build the necessary skills for success in their chosen career field. Although we are just in our second full year of strategic plan implementation, our teachers have grabbed hold of the common-sense marketing strategies that captivate prospective students and we anticipate continued enrollment and retention increases in our programs that lead to high-wage placements for our graduates.”
