CLEVELAND, OHIO, October 17, 2017 —TFS® announced that ACTE’s CareerTech VISION 2017 Conference will host TFS company founder and CEO Mark C. Perna for a preconference workshop and concurrent session. The conference, which will take place December 6–9, 2017, will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. Perna’s four-hour preconference workshop is titled “Game-Changing Strategies for Dynamic Enrollment, Retention, and Performance Results” and will be delivered on Wednesday, December 6, from 1:00–5:00pm. This workshop will include the full range of Mr. Perna’s proprietary best practices, including the TFS Education with Purpose® philosophy, the Career Tree® classroom tool, the Light at the End of the Tunnel strategy, how to combat CTE stigmas by creating a powerful narrative, key generational insights, and other topics of interest to the educational community.

On Friday, December 8, from 10:30–11:30am, Mr. Perna will present his concurrent session titled “Capitalizing on CTE’s Competitive Advantage to Attract and Retain More of the Right Students.” In this session, Mr. Perna will share several innovative strategies to leverage the exclusive edge that CTE delivers. Both sessions are expected to draw significant attendance and are designed to be beneficial to staff in all areas of education, including high school and college administrators, teachers, and critical support staff members.

Mr. Perna, a proud member of ACTE, has many years of experience helping schools, districts, businesses, and state organizations nationwide increase enrollment, retention, and performance with Generation Y and Z students.
