CLEVELAND, OHIO, May 9, 2016 — Tools for Schools™ (TFS) announced the rollout of several major enhancements to its EnrollTrack® Online Enrollment System product, which was first introduced in 2013. These enhancements include several major new features as well as increased functionality for existing capabilities.

The TFS EnrollTrack Online Enrollment System is a cloud-based technology that seamlessly integrates students, partner schools, and educational organizations into an online system everyone can use for every step of the enrollment process. The system, which is customized to each client’s individual logo and brand colors, provides secure student, home school, and organization portals that are accessible from any Internet connection.

EnrollTrack’s new features include a robust prospect tracking function and in-depth analytics to allow all student and prospect interactions to be logged and compared over time. This data will prove valuable in planning marketing drips and events, gauging program interest, staying in contact with prospective students, and further simplifying the enrollment process by converting prospect accounts to applications. Upgraded features include a dynamic filter to create custom lists, flag system, expanded student portal, the ability to edit multiple applications as a group, and seamless printing of grouped applications.
