Members are encouraged to participate in the forums to share best practices, support one another, learn engagement tactics for both high school and adult students, and work toward improving their organizations’ cultures. Members receive an ongoing e-newsletter to stay up to date on all things related to and TFS. In addition, the blog provides articles on enrollment and retention strategies for CTE organizations.

The “I’m a Wade” Award section of the site is dedicated to those educators who are nominated by their peers as displaying the traits of a Wade. Winners are determined by TFS staff and receive an award certificate as well as a feature article on
